Controls when Delivering Eggs
While carrying an egg or heavy items, your movement will be severely hindered. Thankfully, you'll still have access to your Wirebugs to make your way back to the base camp. Below are the moves you can do while carrying them.

While carrying eggs, you can still dash like normal. This will increase your movement speed while carrying eggs, but it does consume stamina. Running out of stamina will cause you to drop the egg, so make sure to keep an eye on it!
Skills like Marathon Runner, Wall Runner, and Stamina Surge will make sure you'll have enough stamina to keep running. Raise your max stamina as well so you can dash for longer!
How to Raise Max Stamina
Sprint Down a Slope to Slide
Sliding works by dashing down a slope. Make sure to slide whenever you can as you'll move way faster than just running or using Wirebugs.

The best addition to egg delivery quests is MH Rise's Wirebug. You can use Wirebugs while carrying eggs to either climb walls or propel yourself to a great distance without breaking the egg! Try to keep using the Forward motion to cover ground distance quickly.
Use Wirebugs Before Landing
Wirebugs can also cushion your fall when jumping from high places while carrying an egg or transport item. Take advantage of this to get to camp quicker!

If you want to discontinue the delivery, you can drop the egg or item at any time. This will destroy the egg in the process, so avoid doing this if you only wish to take a break from carrying the egg. When enemy monsters appear, it is better to evade them instead of dropping the egg to avoid starting over.
Roll

Rolling is your evasive option when enemies attack you while you're carrying eggs. Since dodging also consumes stamina, you shouldn't nearly drain your stamina with sprinting. Balance between sprinting, walking, and using Wirebugs when delivering eggs to avoid situations where you run out of stamina and enemies attack!
Where to Find Eggs and Transport Items
Pick up from Nests
The easiest way to get eggs is of course, from nests! You can find nests in the Shrine Ruins, Sandy Plains, and the Jungle. Other Locales have heavy transport items which function just like eggs and reward Kamura Points and Zenny once delivered.

Laid by Gargwa
Gargwa lay eggs when surprised by attacks. Make sure to throw a Kunai before they notice you, otherwise they won't drop any!

Other Tips While Carrying Eggs
Drops if Attacked by Monsters
Your movement options are extremely limited while carrying eggs. To further increase the risk, you will also drop the egg if you get attacked by monsters. Earplugs can help prevent losing the item in case a monster notices you and roars. Make sure to avoid enemy attacks when monsters approach to protect your item!
Flinch Free Protects Against Weaker Attacks
Equipping Flinch Free lets you take hits from some small monster attacks without dropping the egg. Level 3 is ideal since it negates both knockbacks and trips. Try to have this skill on for extra protection!

Wirebug Whisperer is a Must-Have!
While carrying eggs or other heavy deliverables, your movement options become severely limited. One level of Wirebug Whisperer lets you hold an extra Wirebug for longer, while maxing it makes them recover faster!
Wirebug Whisperer Skill Effects
Drops if you Fall from High Places
While small hops won't cause the egg to break, jumping from an extremely high altitude will break the egg after the fall. This can be canceled by using Wirebugs to dampen your fall.
Deliver to the Supply Box
The Supply Box is your main destination when carrying eggs. You will get a prompt when you approach the box. Once done, the egg will be successfully delivered and you'll get bonuses after the said quest!
